Download the tool and install it on your computer, and after running the tool, the main interface will appear.
-From there, scroll to the "Appearance" section.
-Then the "Startup Sound" option to control the startup sound.
-Click "Replace startup sound" to select a sound of your choice and it must be in WAV format, not MP3.
And from the "Select wav file" window, select this audio file and press Open and immediately the tool will make the required modifications and set the selected sound as the startup sound.
